On the time of appointment the sales person was on time and looked professional. The installer Anthony was a gem; he fitted the roller shutters and made sure they were all ok. On the 1st day there were 2 roller shutters made incorrectly and he was quick on the ball to call the company to arrange for 2 new roller shutters to made for us the next day when he returned. On the 2nd day when Anthony returned he finished installing all roller shutters and waited for the electricians to finish installing the electric switches. So that he could check that they were all operating as they should. The electricians were also friendly and done a good job. They cleaned up all mess after themselves and put in the switches in place to our request. However we were a little disappointed. As at the time of sale we were informed that the roller shutters and electrical work would be done together but to later find that this wasn’t the case and we needed to call back to have this done and arranged. Lucky we were able to get the electricians out the next day. As once our roller shutters were in we wanted them to operate. I feel that there is an area of need that Brother Green needs to address to make the business more of a success. Customers should be called back to arrange suitable times for appointments and instillation and should be pointed out any extra costs that may be involved at the time of purchase. Example/ - We agreed to a contact on the night of sale and informed the sales Rep Archy that we could pay by credit card. Which wasn’t a problem but I had asked if there were any surcharges and was told no. Until later receiving by bill I noticed I was charged a surcharge. I didn’t feel this was fair and that Archy the sale Rep should have told us or pointed it out. It seems a little more communication would go a long way. We are happy to have the roller shutters. They look neat and block out noise, heat and cold and the electric switch looks nice and stylish. Thanks for a great job. Mr & Mrs Montebello
